Production Unit

The production unit at VK Designs is spread across 3000 square feet. It is located on New MICO Road, Choodasandra Village in Bangalore. It has a separate storage area. A sizable section of our staff works at the production unit. This is the place where all the action happens and the interior decor ideas are materialized. After procuring the raw materials needed for all the project work, we store the materials at the production unit.

We have a solid equipment lineup to take care of various aspects of interior work. We have advanced machinery to ensure that we deliver the best to our clients. We use advanced machines, some of which have been imported from European countries, Taiwan, and different parts of the world. We ensure precise cutting to give a detailed look to every customized item we create.

Edgebander FELDER G500

Functional: This is the most important and most complicated machine in the whole process, it gives finishing to the panels cut, It sticks Edge bands of different sizes and finishes to the edge of the plywood and enhances the look of the product.

Panel Saw Number1 K350

One of the favorites of the Indian woodworking industry, the panel saw K350 from the FELDER GROUP is a 100% European Machine. Manufactured in Austria, this Panel Saw is known for its price-performance ratio. MULTI BORING MACHINE : WOODTECH : MB 533

Woodtech is very popularly know machines in wood working industry, These are imported from Taiwan. This equipment is a three-row drilling machine for woodworking. Two rows of drills can be drilled in the vertical direction, and the split motor can be adjusted left and right. One row of drill bits is drilled horizontally. It is for dimensional accuracy.

Functinal: It replace odd looking “L” clamps from the cabinets and gives seamless look.

COLD PRESS MACHINE

50tonns COLD PRESS MACHINE : Wood tech is very popularly known machines in wood working industry. This machine is 50 tonn cold press machine.

Functional: This is cold press hydraullic machine, used for pasting laminates or veneer to plywood under pressure of 50 tonns. This helps to spread adhesive uniformly and remove out air bubbles if any.

Our production unit is located at a convenient location and therefore easily accessible from all corners of the city of Bangalore. No matter which part of the city you stay in, you can easily commute to our production site.
